Britain pulls the plug on Iran's @PressTV

(JPost) LONDON - Iranian news channel Press TV will disappear from British television screens on Friday after Britain's media regulator revoked its license in a move that could fuel diplomatic tensions with the Islamic nation. Britain has been a focus of Iranian ire over steps to tighten sanctions over its disputed nuclear program. Britain shut Iran's embassy in London and expelled all its staff in November after its embassy in the Iranian capital Tehran was attacked by a crowd angry at British sanctions. Press TV is a 24-hour news channel owned by the Iranian state, available via satellite around the world and on the Internet. Its English-language service will be removed from Sky TV's satellite platform in Britain later on Friday as a result of the decision. It will still be available online. Press TV said on its website the move was "a clear example of censorship".

#RonPaul #DODGE on #CNN Debate: THE #FEDERAL #GOV CAN #KILL PEOPLE. #WAR? DUH!

The United States of America. Greatest nation on Earth. One of the most misunderstood structure in the world (States Rights vs. Federal Rights). A declaration of war is a formal declaration issued by a national government indicating that a state of war exists between that nation and another. For the United States, Article One, Section Eight of the Constitution says "Congress shall have power to ... declare War". However, that passage provides no specific format for what form legislation must have in order to be considered a "Declaration of War" nor does the Constitution itself use this term. Many have postulated "Declaration(s) of War" must contain that phrase as or within the title. Others oppose that reasoning. In the courts, the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals in Doe vs. Bush said: "[T]he text of the October Resolution itself spells out justifications for a war and frames itself as an 'authorization' of such a war." in effect saying a formal Congressional "Declaration of War" was not required by the Constitution.
Ron Paul was asked in regards to abortion what should be done.... and he replied the Federal Gov should not have the right to kill..., but the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT does have the right to KILL! In fact the President even has a limited abilty to use force without the approval of either the House of Representative or the Senate. It isn't ideal, but it is legally possible. Ron Paul's criticism is like usual on very shaky ground.
