Henry Rollins Vs. Anne Coulter

btw... don't agree with either public figure... more on Henry's side.... though I agree with a lot of what Anne says... I think she might be more liberal then she lets on.... example... endorsing Chris Christie is a sign that she is not that paranoid of Islam. I sense that Anne is a bit jaded and angry at what she would call the liberal men she grew up with.

Biden Bullshits and Fronts for Obama, meanwhile a Jewish Hero Rots in Jail

The lie is the state department who didn't give chemical weapon information to Jews who were threatened by Saddam Hussein. Now Biden covers for Obama and contradicts everything he ever said. Why is he doing it? Because he doesn't care about his political future... he is covering for Obama.
(JPOST)US Vice President Joe Biden opposed offering clemency to jailed Israeli agent Jonathan Pollard , The New York Times quoted Biden as saying in an article published on Saturday. US President Barack Obama has yet to respond to a request from President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to grant clemency to Pollard. "President Obama was considering clemency, but I told him, ‘Over my dead body are we going to let him out before his time,’" Biden said. “If it were up to me, he would stay in jail for life.” Biden allegedly made the statement during a meeting with rabbis in Boca Raton, Florida last week, when asked by one of the rabbis why Pollard had not been released. In a press release circulated by the Justice For Jonathan organization, it is stated that the vice president gave "absolutely no clue as to the reason for his flip-flop," which contradicts a video interview he gave in 2007 in which he expressed support for Pollard's release via commutation of his sentence to time served:

Biden also did not offer any explanation, the statement said, to contradict the professional opinions expressed by the former head of the CIA, the former- attorney- general, several former secretaries of state, the former head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, the former White House legal counsel and "a host of others intimately familiar with the case, who all think freedom for Pollard is long overdue." The group stated that Biden's change of heart on Pollard supported The New York Times contention that Biden's recent declaration that Pollard should never be released was a "stunt to take the hit for his boss, Obama." The president has been repeatedly criticized for his silence in response to requests by high ranking American official requests for Pollard's release, according to the group. The The New York Times reported that Obama is relying on Biden to help him retain the Jewish vote, seen by many to be slipping to the Republicans. Next month Pollard will complete his 26th year of a life sentence.

Jerusalem gets its day in court and the judges could be biased.

A very odd situation for a country to define another countries borders when a binding treaty regarding British mandate still would be in conflict with any actions the president makes even if found to be legal, which it is not. Clearly the meaning of our legal documents is demanding when the word "SHALL" is used, but even with such bias it would still be in direct opposition to U.S. treaties. This should be open and shut, but the judges have bias in their way
Jerusalem is getting its day in court in Washington DC. During the term that opens today, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case of Zivotofsky v. Clinton, in which the parents of Menachem Binyamin Zivotofsky argue that their son's place of birth should be listed as "Jerusalem, Israel" on his American passport. Here's a rather lengthy and well-done summary of the case.
The State Department refuses to comply with a provision in a congressional statute, the Foreign Relations Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003, which requires the State Department to record a Jerusalem-born U.S. citizen’s place of birth as “Israel” if requested to do so by the citizen or his or her legal guardian. This particular instance of dereliction of the president’s constitutional duty to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed” began during the Bush administration and is continuing apace during the Obama administration. An estimated 50,000 individuals, who were born in Jerusalem but are considered American citizens because of their parents’ American citizenship, are affected.
Now a case challenging the State Department’s refusal to comply with the law is going to the Supreme Court, against the wishes of the Obama administration. The Supreme Court directed the parties in the case of Zivotofsky v. Clinton to address the broad question of whether the law “impermissibly infringes the president’s power to recognize foreign sovereigns.” After losing its argument that the Supreme Court should not hear the case at all, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s State Department filed a brief last month with the Supreme Court sharply attacking the Jerusalem-related portion of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act that Clinton had voted in favor of while serving as New York’s junior senator.
The Obama administration brief makes unprecedentedly broad claims of exclusive presidential power. And it also misrepresents the Obama administration’s stance toward the final status of Jerusalem as one of neutrality, which it claims would be undermined by the Foreign Relations Authorization Act’s passport requirement.
The truth is that the Obama administration is not neutral. It has conflated the Palestinians’ claims to “East Jerusalem” with their claims to West Bank territory. By failing to distinguish between the building of Jewish residences within Jerusalem versus settlements on West Bank territory, the Obama administration has sided with the Palestinians against Israel on a critical issue.
As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, “Jerusalem is not a settlement. It’s our capital.” He has history on his side. Jews have been living in Jerusalem continuously for more than three millennia. In more recent times, they have constituted the largest single group of inhabitants there since at least the 1840s.
Whatever the reason for the Obama administration’s embrace of the Palestinians’ claims, it should not be entitled to disregard the law on the books concerning the issuance of passports and substitute its own arbitrary edicts.
Contrary to the Obama administration’s assertion of exclusive power with regard to the issuance of passports, Congress’ constitutional power to regulate the conditions for issuing passports has long been recognized by the Supreme Court. True, the Supreme Court has said in the past that when there is broad rulemaking authority granted in an applicable statute to the executive branch and Congress does not override the consistent administrative construction of the statute by the executive branch, the courts must generally defer to the administrative determination. However, this case involves precisely the opposite situation. The Foreign Relations Authorization Act’s Jerusalem provision expressly limits powers that Congress had granted to the executive branch with respect to making rules for the issuance of passports in one specific respect. It said: “For … a United States citizen born in the city of Jerusalem, the Secretary shall, upon the request of the citizen or the citizen’s legal guardian, record the place of birth as Israel” (emphasis added). “Shall,” not “may,” is the operative word.
...
“If a US citizen is born in Tel Aviv, his passport will designate his place of birth as Israel. But in the case of Jerusalem, the US Consular Department will not give the country of birth as Israel,” said Menachem’s father to the Jerusalem Post. “Even though our son was born in Shaare Zedek Hospital, which is in West Jerusalem, the US Consular Department does not recognize it as being Israel.”
...
The conventional wisdom is that the Supreme Court will not take a bold stance. Instead, the bet is that it will affirm the lower courts’ rulings and end up deferring to presidential authority in the foreign policy arena. However, the fact that the Supreme Court decided to take the case for review in the first place and directed the parties to address the broad question of whether the law “impermissibly infringes the president’s power to recognize foreign sovereigns” indicates to me that the court may well surprise us. Let’s hope that it does and places clearly defined limits on the executive branch.

Dishonest Documentary on Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty

Labels: » » » » » » » »
The media and the powers that be who want Jewish death slaughtered in the name of fake peace are scared. They know that a sovereign state can not be destroyed without it's own suicide from within. And now this expensive Hollywood documentary is pushing that idea. Do not be impressed by the fancy sound work and digital graphics, this is a cry for Jews to kill what is left of their small population out of respect for a majority whose religion either asks for the murder of Jews or curses the Jews. Even the language follows Islamic and replacement theological Christian historical assumptions. For example: the Torah does not say specifically that Ishmael is the father of all Arabs. He might of been a wild ass of a man whose hand is against every other man, but there is no direct claim to who is his legacy.
Director Harry Hunkele has made a full-length documentary about the negotiations that led to the Camp David treaty between Egypt and Israel. The movie is called Back Door Channels and it will be opening in theaters in the fall of 2011.
Hunkele is an American who believes that what happened in 1979 can happen again. A 'peace agreement' can be reached.
"It’s my great hope that people will view the film and realize that what once happened can happen again," Hunkele says in an interview to Ynet. "All it takes is courageous politicians, but sadly I think that’s the key ingredient missing in today’s world.
"Carter, Begin and, of course, Sadat, paid a terrible price for peace. Politicians take notice of such things and no one since, with the exception of Rabin, has dared to push for peace."
I don't know what terrible price Carter paid for the peace treaty. For that matter, I'm not sure Begin paid a terrible price either, although Israel paid an economic price for it, and may yet - God forbid - have to fight another war because of it. Sadat paid a terrible price - he was murdered.

And as to the claim that Rabin is 'the only one who pushed for peace' since, I believe that depends on how you define 'push for peace.' Had Rabin lived, I do not believe that he would have continued with the Oslo Accords. I believe that he saw where the 'Palestinians' were heading. In his last speech in the Knesset, Rabin said he would never agree to a 'Palestinian state.' And by the way, Rabin was dragged into the Oslo Accords by Shimon Peres and his poodles. So did they 'push for peace'?
Here's the opening scene of the movie. Let's go to the videotape.

And here's the trailer. Let's go to the videotape.
This is a mass media cry for Corpus Separandum. Obviously the mainstream is threatened by the Jews energy finds that would allow Israel greater autonomy from powers outside it's borders. One can see the desperation in the amount of money that was spent on this

Israel as a wedge issue

Labels:
The American public is ready to hear Israel's case, and the liberal feminist progressive multicultural agenda is now officially on trial with the people's opinion. Americans want their public figures to finally come forward with the facts and in the internet age it will be hard to obscure truths. A few years ago the media was claiming the death of the Republican party as we knew it... the cold truth was that in fact someone had dug a hole for a political parties grave, and it appears it will be the Left that will buried alive with it's hypocrisy. I reckon it is going to be so painful for Obama and his crew that we are about to see an end of an era. Once upon a time the Democrats were the Dixiecrats who supported the south. They considered themselves the people's party warts and all... corrupt, but at times supposedly necessary to protect the people from robber barons. This Democratic party no longer exists because people started talking. For decades people were afraid to criticize the ideology of "PEACE". That era is over. It isn't a matter of left or right, but rather it is a matter of honest reflection going down and the Democratic party will not like the monster they see staring back at them. It is doubtful that the GOP will change from being a Judeo-Christian party to being the party of Corporate Anarchy. It is more likely that the Democrats are going to have to reinvent themselves and find new causes.
(Caroline Glick)...In the face of Obama's unprecedentedly harsh treatment of Israel, Cong. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee used the opportunity of a joint meeting with Netanyahu for leaders of the National Democratic Jewish Council and the Republican Jewish Coalition to make the case for silence on her party's weak support for Israel. Her statement reportedly made Netanyahu so uncomfortable that he asked, "Do you guys want me to leave the room and give you guys some privacy?"
While requests to block debate on Israel were respected in the past, the current divide between Democrats and Republicans on Israel is so wide that avoidance of the issue no longer makes sense for Republicans. And so, days after the meeting with Netanyahu, RJC Executive Director Matt Brooks wrote a letter to Wasserman Schultz officially rejecting her request.
As he put it, "The Jewish community has a right to be informed about people's records and people should be answerable for the positions they take. This is the essence of democracy."
And indeed, both the RJC and the Emergency Committee for Israel, a conservative group formed ahead of the 2010 Congressional elections, made Obama's hostility to Israel a major issue in the New York 9 race.
Congressional Republicans have also stopped giving the Democrats a free ride for their tepid support for Israel. In the past Republicans avoided introducing major legislation on Israel without Democratic co-sponsors and willingly watered down their initiatives to attract Democratic support. This is no longer the case.
In August Cong. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee introduced a bill that will end US financial support for the Palestinian Authority and steeply curtail US funding for the UN if the UN upgrades the PLO's diplomatic mission. All 57 of the bill's co-sponsors are Republicans.
Cong. Joe Walsh introduced a resolution in September calling for Israel to annex Judea and Samaria. His resolution's 40-odd co-sponsors are also all Republicans.(MORE PAIN)

On October 2 1938 Arabs Massacred 21 Jews in Tiberias, The British Reacted With Appeasement

Three Victims of the Massacre
-Deborah,Rebecca and Haya Mizrah
The Sanhedrin, the famous Jewish court, fled from Jerusalem during the Great Jewish Revolt against the Roman Empire, and after several moves eventually settled in Tiberias.
Many scholars believe that the Mishna and the Jerusalem Talmud was compiled in by Rabbi Judah haNasi in Tiberius who according to the Midrash came into the world on the same day that Rabbi Akiva died a martyr's death.
(YidWithLid) On October 2 1938, an organized groups of Arab attackers in Tiberius massacred 21 Jews. Three of the victims were women and ten were kids younger than twelve. The victims were stabbed shot and burned. The [New York Times, Oct. 4, 1938] described the brutal rampage: ...The attack apparently was well organized, since the Arab gang, before descending on Tiberias, cut all telephone communications... Three weeks later (Oct. 27th) Tiberian Arabs murdered the Jewish mayor, Isaac Zaki Alhadif.(MORE PAIN)
Rabbi Judah HaNasi also said, "One who is ignorant of the Torah should not eat meat." This is because one who is ignorant is on the same level as animals. The great rabbi was so against cruelty that he recommended going without meat for those who had not read Jewish texts. Obviously trying to go vegan didn't do much for Adolf Hitler, but I doubt those Arabs could of cared less
