Pakistanis vow to complete bin Laden's mission to kill Jews in Liberal Western Massachusetts

this is close to home. We have many Mosque's near Poughkeepsie NY.
Some Pakistani’s that have settled in Hampshire County may not share the views of the vast majority of their countrymen and fellow Muslims – that Bin Laden was the greatest Muslim hero since their prophet himself and that his death by the ‘Jew controlled Western powers’ must be avenged.
Pakistani Taliban in New England?

Information found in Bin Laden’s home revealed that many Pakistani students (i.e. Taliban) have already been sent to America to plot attacks on Amtrak train routes that run thru Washington, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, and into many other small towns in New England. These Taliban students often sign up for a class or two at an American college in order to secure a temporary visa. Once in the United States they instantly become full citizens by marrying nice Muslim women provided by their community, who themselves may have just petitioned for citizenship.
Fortunately the members of the Hampshire Mosque follow “a middle path, a path of moderation” and the Western Massachusetts community can be sure that these tolerant, peace loving Muslims will do everything they can to eliminate hateful people, prophets, or other leaders who advocate violence and the killing of Jews, Christians, or other unbelievers…
… just as soon as they explain Dr. Hazratji’s exhortations to Muslim students last year to unite against nefarious Jews and the fitna that they cause in the world, and to become good Muslims by following their prophet’s Sunna by engaging in violence and warfare, whether they liked it or not.
And yet we continue to import them. This is not going to end well.

Scottish "cleansed the presence of Israeli books." like the Holocaust: Denying people the ability to read and think for themselves.

Labels: » » » » » » » » » » » »
...They're claiming that they didn't ban Israeli books,
only books printed in Israel....

  • Recently several districts in southwest Scotland have expanded the boycott on Israeli products, and are now barring stores from carrying English translations of Israeli books.  Shortly after Operation Cast Lead, the West Dunbartonshire Regional Council, located west of Glasgow, approved a bill that called to boycott goods produced in Israel.  After the raid on the Turkish Flotilla to Gaza, the boycott included "a ban on the purchase of English translations of Israeli books and the distribution of these books in public libraries throughout the council's jurisdiction."
The Scottish city of Dundee also joined the West Dunbartonshire by distributing "posters...calling on some 150,000 residents to refrain from buying Israeli goods." Israeli products will also have a special mark placed on them to make them more identifiable. No other country's books are being boycotted.
It is expected that "ten more Scottish councils may join the boycott."
As Giulio Meotti has written, "it is impossible to make an exhaustive list of the economic actions against Israel, with radical anti-Jewish venom spreading through the West" and as Caroline Glick has written, "what did [Israel ever] do to the Scots?"
The Scottish decision is the first time that a European region has actually "cleansed the presence of Israeli books."  It is reminiscent of all the evil associated with the Holocaust - from marking the books to denying people the ability to read and think for themselves.
Meotti, author of A New Shoah: the Untold Story of Israel's Victims of Terrorism poignantly calls for "European intellectuals to stand for truth because the worst of all anti-Jewish persecutions, that of Hitler, almost marked the end of European history.  Now it may happen again."
This despicable Scottish decision to ban Israeli books "is eerily reminiscent of darker times" and demonstrates how far "respectable antisemitism has come."  Anti-Zionism is the new name for antisemitism and "a place that boycotts books is not far from a place that burns them."
West Dunbartonshire Council utterly refutes recent media claims that it has ‘launched a boycott on Israeli books’.
The Council’s boycott does not in any way seek to censor or silence authors and commentators from Israel.
The Council’s boycott only relates to goods ‘made or grown’ in Israel. The vast majority of mainstream books by Israeli authors are published in the UK and are therefore not affected by this boycott. Only books that were printed in Israel and transported to the UK for distribution would be potentially boycotted.
In the two and a half years the boycott has been in place there has never been a case when the library service has been unable to purchase a book it wished to as a result of this boycott.
Contrary also to some media reports the boycott is not retrospective and absolutely no books have been or will be removed from our library shelves as a consequence of the motion.

Young Boy Gets Penis Chopped Off by Assad's Troops

Labels: » » » »
NICOSIA (AFP) - Pro-democracy activists in Syria called for fresh protests on Saturday after the alleged torture and killing of a 13-year-old boy by security forces in the flashpoint region of Daraa.
The body of Hamza Al Khatib was returned to his family on Wednesday, following his disappearance after a demonstration on April 29, activists said on their Facebook site, Syrian Revolution 2011.
"We will go out from every home, from every district to express our anger" over the killing, they wrote on the page which carries a picture of the boy.

"A month had passed by with his family not knowing where he is, or if or when will he be released. He was released to his family as a dead body. Upon examining his body, the signs of torture are very clear," they said.

"There were a few bullets in his body used as a way of torture rather than to kill him with. Clear signs of severe physical abuse appeared on the body such as marks done with hands, sticks, and shoes. Hamza’s penis was also cut off."

Other activists said Khatib decided after police had killed his cousin to take part in the anti-regime protests sweeping the country since mid-March, with their epicentre in the Daraa region of southern Syria.

His father, Ali Al Khatib, has also been arrested, they said.

On Friday, at least 12 people were shot dead as security forces dispersed protests across Syria, activists said, updating an earlier toll of eight dead.

Four protesters were killed in Daraa, another four in a Damascus suburb, three in Homs, central Syria, and one in Latakia on the coast, said the London-based National Organisation for the Defence of Human Rights.

Rami Abdul Rahman, head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, urged the country's authorities to investigate the torture to death of the 13-year-old boy and other similar cases.

Seven bodies with torture marks, some with broken necks, were taken to Daraa hospital, he told AFP by telephone in Nicosia, adding that hundreds of cases of torture were being documented.

Since the revolt in Syria erupted, Friday protests following weekly Muslim prayers are widely seen as a barometer of whether activists are able to maintain momentum despite a heavy handed repression.

More than 1,000 people have been killed and 10,000 others arrested since the revolt began, according to rights groups. Syrian authorities say 143 soldiers, security forces and police have been killed.

Foreign journalists are barred from travelling inside Syria, making it difficult to report on the unrest and verify witness accounts.

The government insists the unrest is the work of "armed terrorist gangs" backed by Islamists and foreign agitators.

It initially responded to the revolt by offering some concessions, including lifting the state of emergency in place for nearly five decades, but coupled this with a fierce crackdown.

Al Jazeera reported that after receiving his body, Khatib’s family was visited by Syrian secret police, who arrested the boy’s father. The boy’s mother said officers ordered her husband to say the boy was killed by armed Salafists, or ultra-conservative Muslims, whom Assad has claimed as being behind the unrest. She said the secret police had warned her not to speak to the press, threatening, “You know what would happen if we heard you had spoken to the media.”

Peres: Israel should write its own peace plan

Israel's President Shimon Peres told Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations Asha-Rose Migiro that Israel has no objections to a UN resolution declaring a 'Palestinian state' so long as the resolution includes provisions allowing Israel to live in 'security.'
Israel does not object to the United Nations passing a resolution calling for the establishment of a Palestinian State, providing that such a resolution includes provisions for Israel's right to live in security, President Shimon Peres told Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations Asha-Rose Migiro on Sunday.
...
In emphasizing the need for the UN resolution to include a guarantee for Israel's right to live in security, Peres clarified that security means stopping terror, as well as halting the smuggling of arms. If the resolution deals only with the security of Israel, he said, the Palestinians won't be satisfied, and if it relates only to a Palestinian State, the Israelis won't be satisfied. Therefore, he said, the resolution must contain the two components.

Cameron resigns as Jewish National Fund patron

Palestine on an institutional level is more interested in burning people and the land of Israel down then actually saving it:

Palestine Against Trees?

Due to pressure from a pro-'Palestinian' group, British Prime Minister David Cameron has resigned as a patron of the Jewish National Fund.
A pro-Palestinian group is claiming responsibility for British Prime Minister David Cameron's stepping down as a patron of the Jewish National Fund.
Cameron's name was removed from the JNF's list of honorary patrons in recent days; earlier this month the pro-Palestinian Stop the JNF campaign sent a letter to Cameron calling on him to end his association with the charity.
Cameron recently stepped down from several charities, his spokesperson told the British newspaper The Guardian. His predecessors Gordon Brown and Tony Blair remained associated with JNF throughout their terms in office, according to the newspaper.
"Following the formation of the coalition government, a review was undertaken of all the organizations and charities the prime minister was associated with. As a result of this review, the prime minister stepped down from a number of charities – this included the JNF," the prime minister's office said in a statement.
"There has been a change in public opinion and awareness about Israel's behavior and there was specific pressure on [Cameron] to step down from the JNF," Sofiah Macleod of the UK-based Stop the JNF Campaign told The Guardian. "We believe he has stepped down as a result of this political pressure. Given the establishment support that the JNF has received, it's not a decision he will have taken lightly."
The next thing we will hear is that someone in the British government belongs to the IHH.
JNF are a progressive organization that plants trees. if anything they plant trees where Muslims live too. I have a feeling this is more about Cameron's weakness more then anything to protect his own people from the assault of Islam more then anything else. He also could be completely stupid... that too.

Syria involved in UNIFIL bombing?

...UNIFIL BOOM BOOM
REPORTED BY NYTIMES...
...a roadside bomb that wounded six Italian UNIFIL troops in Lebanon, Now it turns out that Syria may have been involved in that bombing.
Diplomatic sources on Saturday suggested Syria was involved in the roadside bomb Friday that blew up a UN vehicle on a highway leading to the southern Lebanese port city of Sidon, Lebanese daily An Nahar reported.
The sources told An Nahar and other Lebanese media that the the blast came after Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem threatened the European Union that it would regret sanctions imposed on President Bashar Assad and other top Syrian officials.
"I say this measure, just as it will harm Syria's interests, it will harm Europe's interest. And Syria won't remain silent about this measure," Muallem declared last week.
The diplomats hinted that messages communicated to Europe through Muallem's comments and the attack on the UN peacekeepers would only increase.
According to An Nahar, they did not exclude attempts by the Syrian government to create "distractions elsewhere" if it feels threatened.

Syrian rebels asked Israel for help

Labels: »

(Israel Today) Pro-democracy activists and rebels in Syria recently asked Israel, their nation's worst enemy, to come to their aid, according to an Israeli government official.
Ayoub Kara, the Likud minister for development in the Galilee and Negev regions, told a gathering in Beersheva on Saturday that he had been personally approached by the Syrian protestors.
"The Syrian opposition asked for my help because of my connections," said Kara. "They wanted me to go to the [Israeli] government for help, that we would ask the UN, the US and the EU to go against [Syrian dictator Bashar] Assad."
To Kara's disappointment, the Prime Minister Benjamin Netayahu turned down the request, as he did not want Israel to be seen as directly interfering in the internal matters of neighboring Arab states.
If true, Kara's account reveals that even though most Arabs in the region are raised to view Israel as a hateful enemy and the Jews as bloodthirsty monsters, many of them know better.
These Syrians would not be the first Arabs to turn to Israel and the Jews for aid, espeicially when it came to fighting for their freedom.
Most famously, Israel fought alongside the Christians of southern Lebanon against the tyrannical Muslim forces in that country for 15 years. The alliances between the Israeli army and the South Lebanon Army (SLA) was an often ignored aspect of the much-maligned Israeli-controlled southern Lebanon security zone. via eye-on-the-world.blogspot.com

Canada will stand with Israel,..

Israel has thanked Canada for being a 'true friend' after the Canadians stood up for Israel at the G8 in Deauville, France on Friday and prevented the adoption of a resolution referring to the '1967 lines.'

At a briefing ahead of the upcoming G8 summit in France, federal officials said the basis for the negotiations must be mutually agreed upon Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman phoned Canada’s new Foreign Minister John Baird over the weekend to thank him for Ottawa’s position at the Group of Eight meeting in France that led to the softening of a statement on the Israeli-Palestinian issue and the elimination of a reference to the 1967 lines.

Canada was a “true friend of Israel,” and through a correct reading of the situation understand that the 1967 lines were incompatible with both defensible borders for Israel and demographic realities, Lieberman said.
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper had insisted that no mention of the 1967 lines be made in the leaders’ final communiqué, even though most of the other leaders wanted a mention, diplomats said on Friday.

Canada won’t back Obama’s
Mideast peace proposal

...
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke with Harper by phone from Washington last week, Israeli officials said. Netanyahu had originally hoped to stop in Canada on his way back from the US, but was unable to do so because of scheduling conflicts.
“The Canadians were really very adamant, even though Obama expressly referred to 1967 borders in his speech last week,” one European diplomat said of Harper’s position.
In the final communiqué, the leaders called for the immediate resumption of peace talks, but did not mention the 1967 lines.
“Negotiations are the only way toward a comprehensive and lasting resolution to the conflict,” the communiqué said. “The framework for these negotiations is well known. We urge both parties to return to substantive talks with a view to concluding a framework agreement on all final-status issues. To that effect, we express our strong support for the vision of Israeli-Palestinian peace outlined by President Obama on May 19, 2011.”
The Canadians said that if you're going to specifically cite the '1967 lines' you also have to cite other parts of the speech such as that one of the two states be a Jewish state, and that the 'Palestinian state' be demilitarized.
By the way, Haaretz reported that Prime Minister Netanyahu asked Harper to thwart the mention of the '1967 lines,' but Prime Minister Harper's office is denying that report.
Stephen Harper's spokesman is denying a report that Israel's prime minister specifically asked Canada to thwart G8 support for a Palestinian state based on 1967 borders.
A report published by Israeli newspaper Haaretz on Sunday quoted a senior Israeli official saying Benjamin Netanyahu telephoned Harper two days before the Group of Eight leaders met, and asked the prime minister to prevent the G8 from supporting the border proposal outlined in a statement by U.S. President Barack Obama.
...
Harper's spokesman Dimitri Soudas told The Canadian Press Sunday that there was no G8 discussion with Netanyahu.
"The prime minister's views are long-standing and well known on the Middle East process towards a two state solution," Soudas said. "It's important that any statement on the Middle East always have balanced references to the various positions and the G8 statement is a balanced statement."
According to Haaretz however, Netanyahu told Harper that mentioning the border issue would be detrimental to Israeli interests and a reward to the Palestinians.
As the summit wrapped, European diplomats told reporters the omission of the Obama border proposal from the G8 statement was brought about because of objections from Canada.
Harper neither confirmed nor denied that report at the time. He told reporters that while he broadly supported the theme of Obama's speech, bits of it could not be cherry-picked as the basis for a peace deal.
Poor Israeli media. Poor Tzipi Livni. There's someone else aside from Israel who doesn't accept the '67 borders.'
Heh.
Eight years ago I would of not expected this from Canada. Our understanding is that they were more LIBERAL then we are (considering what the politics of LIBERALISM is these days), but for most of Canada LIBERAL still means protecting those that are bullied.

Egypt's New Buddy, Iran, Has Been Spying On Them

Labels: » » »
In the midst of the budding friendship between Egypt and Iran, Egypt has expelled an Iranian diplomat for spying:
Egypt is expelling an Iranian diplomat who was briefly detained and questioned on charges of illegally gathering intelligence for Tehran, security officials said.
Qassem al Husseini, the diplomat, was arrested on Saturday in his Cairo home, after the Egyptian intelligence tracked his movements, Al Jazeera's Ayman Mohyeldin reported.
Husseini was charged with attempting to set up spy rings in Egypt and other Arab countries.
One puzzle remains:
He was released after a two-hour detention, Haydar Moslehi, Iran's intelligence minister, said on Sunday, according to Iranian state television's website. Moslehi also said that Egyptian authorities apologised for the incident - though he did not elaborate.
Since Egypt went ahead with the expulsion and Iran is not explaining, it's unlikely the whole thing was just one big misunderstanding.
Hope Egypt enjoys their new friends.

Syrians burned photos of Nasrallah (video)

Labels: » »

An editorial in Asharq al-Awsat:
The Syrian people quickly responded to the calls made a few days ago by Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah for the demonstrators to stand with the Syrian regime "of resistance", and the popular Syrian response to this was to burn pictures of Nasrallah on what was dubbed the "Friday of the Guardians of the Homeland."
This is not the first response of its kind from the Syrian protestors, indeed a slogan that was previously being chanted by the Syrian demonstrators was "No to Iran, No to Hezbollah…we want somebody who is God-fearing!" This means that Hezbollah, and its leadership's reading of the Syrian uprising has been wrong, as has been their reading of all other events in the region. It is clear that Nasrallah's reading of the situation in Syria was wrong, for just a few days after he came out to call on the Syrian people to "preserve their country" and maintain al-Assad's "regime of resistance", the Syrian people came out to burn his picture!

Apparently, a new movement led by Jordanians is aiming to do exactly that. From IsraelSeen, in an interview with Mudar Zahran, a Jordanian dissident:
Were the Hashemites not ruling the eastern part of Palestine then the Palestinians already would have had a country for sixty years and nobody would have pressured Israel to give away its land. Yet this is not the case and the Hashemites are ruling the place and constantly telling the Palestinians they are merely refugees.

Time Magazine spins Israel giving up territory as a Zionist trick.

It's

TIME

report here:
...if it [the opening of the Rafah Crossing] was a cause of celebration for Gazans...the reaction in official Israeli circles surely includes "quiet satisfaction." For in Jerusalem the feeling is: If the Egyptians want to take responsibility for 1.5 million Palestinians in Gaza, more power to them. Cairo after all had control of the coastal enclave from 1948 to 1967...

...observed Giora Eiland, a retired major general, in an interview almost a year go. "No one knows what to do with Gaza."...Not even Gaza's vegetables are welcome in Israel. "No, no, no," Eiland said. "We don't need any kind of economic relationship with Gaza whatsoever."..."It is not in Israel's interest to see Gaza and the West Bank as one entity," Eiland observed.

...That's a view...endorsed by Israel's settlers, as determined and implacable a group as you can find in the modern world. They want to hold onto the West Bank, an area rich in Biblical sites and significance to the observant Jews who are the most "hard core" of Jews living on West Bank hilltops, notes Naftali Bennett, director general of the Yesha Council, which represents settlers. Gaza has nothing of consequence to religious Jews, which is one reason to be rid of it [???].

How ‘experts’ got it wrong

Demographic trends
in the Land of Israel

Demographic threat hyped up,
Israeli withdrawal from
Judea and Samaria unnecessary
Another reason: Without the Strip, Israel can make a better case for annexing the West Bank. As Bennett explained the other day to a room of foreign journalists, the case against annexation has always been the assumption that Palestinians would soon outnumber Jews, making Israel a defacto apartheid state, with the minority governing the majority. Few Israelis want to be in that position. But, Bennett maintains, "the myth that demography is against us is wrong. Demography is not against us."

His math is instructive in more ways than one....

Within its borders, Israel has some six million Jewish residents and 1.1 million Arabs...Bennet thinks 1.8 million [Palestinians who reside on the West Bank] is about right. Combine them, and you have a nation of six million Jews and about three million Palestinians, a comfortable Jewish majority, Bennett says, given the declining birth rate among Israeli Arabs.

And Gaza? What about the 1.5 million Palestinians there?  "Gaza we don't count," Bennett says. "Because that's gradually becoming Egypt's problem."

Who once said 'Go drink the water of Gaza'?
Answer:
Arafat: the curse beloved by Arafat: "Go and drink from the sea of Gaza!"

Chief of General Staff accepts findings from IDF probe which says gunfire that killed Ben Yosef Livnat was intentional, aimed at killing group of Jews who infiltrated religious site; no evidence that attack was planned.
The group illegally entered Nablus without firstly coordinating the visit with the IDF as stipulated by law. Nablus is Area A territory, under Palestinian control and therefore off limits to Israeli citizens. The four Palestinian policemen were immediately placed under arrest by the Palestinian Authority which is continuing to investigate the shooting. Last week, the Defense Ministry official recognized Livnat as the victim of a terrorist attack enabling his family to receive compensation from the state. The results of the IDF probe, released on Sunday, did not find evidence that the Palestinian policemen had planned the attack but did conclude that the gunfire was intentional and aimed at killing the group of Jews who had infiltrated into the area near the tomb. The PA policemen opened fire, Gantz said, without justification and when their lives were not in danger. via jpost.com

Making Debbie Wasserman Schultz look worse

National Committee Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz asked Prime Minister Netanyahu to demand a pledge from the Republican Jewish Coalition not to make Israel a campaign issue. Caroline Glick has a more uncomplimentary version of the story, which also may explain how it became public.

This point was also brought home with Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s interesting request to Republicans during their joint meeting with Netanyahu. In front of the Israeli leader, Wasserman Schultz asked her Republican counterparts not to use support for Israel as a campaign issue. Her request makes clear that following Netanyahu’s brilliant triumph in Washington, Democrats realize that the president’s poor treatment of Israel is an issue that will harm them politically if the Republicans decide to make it an issue in next year’s elections.
It sounds like the Democrats have a lot to fear next November. Heh. via israelmatzav.blogspot.com
