Another Oliver Stone is getting attention at the expense of the victims of the Holocaust

Uwe Boll. In A Nazi Uniform. Guarding A Gas Chamber Full Of Jews.

In a career marked by bad decisions, this is surely the worst. Uwe Boll has made a film titled Auschwitz in which he himself appears as a Nazi officer guarding a gas chamber full of Jews in mid-execution. I know this because it is in the teaser. Says Boll himself on the topic:

"It's in the tradition of my movies Stoic, Darfur, Rampage, Tunnelrats, Heart of America...it shows Auschwitz as this what it was: a meatplant for humans...a death factory"

Now, a serious treatment of Auschwitz is not a bad thing. But it is the sort of thing that needs to be done exactly right without a hint of exploitation. Which is pretty much impossible coming from a director who routinely jokes about funding his films via Nazi gold and fills his first teaser with images that come off feeling much more grindhouse than arthouse.

Throughout his career Boll has been tolerated - even enjoyed - as a sort of continuous running joke of bad decisions and purveyor of mostly bad movies. He's been kind of a drunken frat boy so smashed that he thinks he can fly by jumping off the roof of the house if he just jumps high enough and we've kind of loved him for that. But this ... this could easily turn him from a happy joke into someone truly hated.

Palestinian arrested for arms deal in Miami

Florida police arrest Abdalaziz Aziz Hamayel on suspicion of trying to purchase hundreds of stolen weapons, ammunition; transfer arms to 'his people'.

(Ynet) A Palestinian man was arrested in South Florida's Miami International Airport on suspicion of attempting to purchase hundreds of stolen weapons and ammunition.
Local TV channel WSVN on Tuesday identified the suspect as Abdalaziz Aziz Hamayel, who has "deep ties to the West Bank."
The report said Hamayel attempted to purchase some 300 different weapons, which he planned to transfer to "his people."
According to a complaint filed with the police, "Hamayel contacted the confidential source to discuss the weapons and explosives he was requesting for purchase.
"Hamayel specifically requested a quantity of 300 M-16 rifles, 9mm handguns, UZI submachine guns, silencers and grenades," it stated.
In addition, the report claimed Hamayel was also interested in purchasing remote detonation devices.
The local TV channel reported that the Florida police have been trailing Hamayel for over a year, but lost track of him for a while.
Hamayel was arrested August 29 after disembarking a plane from Jordan to Miami International Airport. He was arrested before completing the arms purchase deal.

This Ongoing War: Incoming Qassam again - Rockets called Khaibar?

The Jerusalem Post reports belatedly this morning that yet another Gazan-Palestinian Qassam rocket was launched from the Gaza Strip into Israel 24 hours ago, on Saturday morning. It exploded in an undisclosed part of the Negev and thankfully there are no reported injuries or damage. This of course, as we have said here time and again, was not the intention of the jihadists who fired it; nor was it the outcome that the political echelon who gave the instruction to shoot desired.
The back story is that Hamas rockets are getting more deadly all the time. Four days ago, Ynet reported that the Hamas regime in Gaza has completed a series of experiments on its version of the Iranian Fajar rocket. The enhanced model now has a range of almost 80 kilometers (roughly 50 miles) meaning, for those who understand the extremely compact nature of central Israel, it can reach as far Kfar Saba, northeast of Tel Aviv. Thus most of Israel's population is now within range of the terrorists' weaponry. The Fajar-5 is the length of a telephone pole and carries a 90-kg payload. [Our terrorist enemy in the north, Hezbullah, call this rocket the Khaibar-1, and holds vast stocks of this civilian-oriented weapon.]
The progress made by Hamas is serious, considering that the original Hamas Qassams had a range of around 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). The rockets are believed to have been developed by scientists working for Hamas and for research institutes located in Arab countries in the region that have been working intensively to further arm the Hamas terror regime. Ynet says Hamas will be able to begin manufacturing these rockets within the next few months.

Uber-Leftist philanthropist George Soros is donating $100 million to 'Human Rights Watch' so that they can stop embarrassing themselves trying to raise money in Saudi Arabia and get on with the business of undermining the existence of the Jewish State.

Soros made $3.3 billion from his hedge fund in 2009 that he was able to profit from the Obama administration and their buyouts of the financial world. He has done similar things in South East Asia and has wrecked havoc on the UK pound. He also worked for the Nazis during the Holocaust and was part of the system to take gold from Jews teeth.
Human Rights Watch spends most of it's efforts attacking Israel and ignoring most abuses in the Muslim world.
the photo was of former Human Rights Watch investigator and Nazi memorabilia collector Marc Garlasco. Ironically despite his hypocrisy he was one of the more sane members of HRW.
