I was one of those people who was misled about Hagee. Thankfully a few Jewish friends filled me in to the truth about him... because they knew him personally. John McCain lost the election because of the slander against Hagee.

One of the definitions of courage is the willingness to stand up for principle and for what's right and be counted -regardless.
As my regular readers know, Pastor John Hagee of Christians United For Israel (CUFI) and the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas has epitomized that kind of courage for years.
Today, my old friend Jason Maoz of the Jewish Press, the largest Orthodox Jewish newspaper in in New York printed some remarks of Pastor Hagee's on the front page. They were made on the occasion of Pastor Hagee's address last month to the fifth annual Christians United For Israel Washington Summit....an annual event when the Pastor marshals thousands of his troops and goes forth to buttonhole Congressmen and defend Zion in the halls of Washington D.C.
Here is what Pastor Hagee had to say:
Pastor John Hagee: Ani Yisreali - I Am An Israeli
HoloCartoons
It’s a good thing Iran is low on credibility these days.
Otherwise, the Holocaust cartoon website launched from the nuclear wannabe rogue state would be causing more than the current elicited outrage.
HoloCartoons, launched last week in Farsi, Arabic, and English, is financed by an Iranian non-governmental “cultural foundation.” The cartoons are based largely on a Holocaust-themed comic or cartoon book published in 2008. The book contains satirical images and texts questioning the Holocaust.
The landing page opens to Henry Mancini’s Pink Panther theme and initial texts dedicate the site to all those “killed under the pretext of the Holocaust.” The site also refers to “the killing of 6 million Jews in the Second World War known as the Holocaust” as a “sheer lie.”
Israel Aims to Boost Space Presence

VOA News 13 August 2010
Israel's government is set to approve a plan that aims to turn the country into a space superpower. The Jerusalem Post reported Friday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to approve plans designed to increase sales of locally made space platforms to nearly $8 billion a year.
The newspaper said the multi-year plan also includes increased spending on space research and development, focusing on mini-satellites as Israel's primary market.
The report quotes the head of the Defense Ministry's Space Division as saying Israel has the capability to carve out at least 5 percent of the international space market, estimated to total $250 billion a year.
The report said Israel is in talks with several countries and defense companies about the possibility of space collaboration
While America wants to work with Moonbats in space, Israel does it the hard way like usual... they earn it.
How Hillary Would Have Governed

....and now a What If? I submit Clinton would of been worse then what we have now because she might of sold us on the same ideas where Obama failed to influence the average person after the election (most people voted for Obama because of his skin and because the financial system stumbled). As for the whole issue of tensions between blacks and whites? she would of been just as divisive and would of used sexism in much the same way Obama and his allies use race:
Ever since June, when Bill Clinton criticized (however obliquely) Obama's handling of the Gulf oil spill, there has been renewed chatter concerning a Hillary candidacy in 2012. Hillary could take advantage of a weakened president with plummeting approval ratings to achieve her own ambitions -- or save her party from the aforementioned weakened president, depending on the viewpoint. Whether this is a plausible theory or not is debatable, but it does bring to mind something else: What kind of presidency would a Hillary victory in 2008 have produced? How much better or worse off would the nation be at this point? The most likely conclusion: We'd probably be exactly where we are right now -- just less annoyed, and perhaps less fragmented as a people.
