Debbie Schlussel has some info on the new book by Kitty Kelley. It has some juicy gossip apparently, but what disturbs me is less the social life and more the slant that she pushes which enables Islam and encourages a culture of victimization.

Oprah makes me break out in hives. she orchestrates prejudice and then covers her opinions with disclaimers. the one show that is on the internet comes to mind. the one where they bring a woman on who is a Satan worshipper from a Jewish home… and Oprah breaks in with her escape… “of course not all Jews are Satan worshippers”… um… yeah so Oprah has no intentions? doubtful. I’m surprised by the level of respect the show gets.

Damn it Sweet cheeks... I'm an artist not a doctor. I leave the diagnoses to precocious public relations workers that think they know everything because they grant sexual favors. I guess that's Disassociation, but I have no idea what the psychoanalysis experts at Starbucks define it as this week. Last I checked I was a victim of incest because I had sex with my babysitter. I tried telling the doctor I enjoyed every second of it and since she was an Irish Catholic the genetic similarity just wasn't there. (but you know these public health workers aren't much different from P.R whores.) They. redefine everything as it becomes convenient. I sure as hell would love to perform some incest with you... if incest is what it was last week. Last I checked I was called OCD by a real estate / actress in my fathers studio.... I had to look it up on google. Dr. Freud warned against an Oprah Winfrey culture... but then again the Oprah culture wouldn't take the Doc these days very seriously about anything unless he admitted openly he was gay and very against psychoanalysis. Ah the lovely benefits of being psychoanalyzed by adolescent girls... pop psychiatry at it's best. What do you think Michel Foucault would say about all this lovely objectivity coming out of pop culture? Probably would be having too good a time sucking dick to give a flying fuck. You are bad news. I like that. Come to New York... you can play Ava Braun for me. I have an outfit ready with a Leftist Chavista flavour so you can subvert your racism.

Violent anti-Semitic acts DOUBLE in 2009

While the World worries itself about an imaginary phenomenon called 'Islamophobia,' violent acts against Jews more than doubled in 2009 as compared with 2008. And while there is an effort afoot to cast this all as reactions to Operation Cast Lead, color me skeptical on that count. It sounds more like open season on Jews:

According to the institute, violent anti-Semitic attacks, ranging from vandalism and arson against Jewish targets to beatings of Jews, increased in 2009 by a startling percentage. The report underlined the severe increase in anti-Semitic attacks, specifying that 2009 displayed the highest amount of attacks recorded in over 20 years.
The document gathered that in 2009 alone 1,129 anti-Semitic attacks were reported, compared to the 559 that were documented in 2008. Institute head Prof. Dina Porat said in a briefing before the data was publicized that the study tracked only instances of physical violence against Jewish targets. "Verbal violence is violence, of course, but we don't count it. Violence we regard as physical, and here we have clear indications."
The report illustrated that that this year was particularly charged due to international reactions to Operation Cast Lead, which resulted in anti-Jewish demonstrations around the world.
Moshe Kantor, president of the European Jewish Congress - which sponsored the report - said that the rise of anti-Semitic sentiment in Western Europe can be blamed on forces outside the region.
"This new phenomenon is financed and organized by pro-Islamic, pro-terrorist organizations and states," Kantor said.
According to the document, the highest increase in anti-Semitic activity in 2009 occurred in Britain, where 374 attacks were reported compared to 2008’s 112 incidents. In France 195 violent attacks were reported in 2009, while only 50 were documented in 2008. In Canada 138 anti-Semitic assaults were reported in 2009 compared to the 13 that were cited in 2008, and the US documented 116 this year in contrast to 2008’s 98.

With the exception of the US, those are huge percentage increases.

Obama: death or defeat

Last month in an IPS interview, top Israeli political pundit David Landau argued that Obama should strive to secure an Israeli-Palestinian peace through what he defined as “the Grand Bargain: full-fledged support for Israel in the neutralising of any Iranian nuclear threat in exchange for Israel accepting to give up its occupation of Palestinian lands.”
The Israeli Prime Minister has suddenly been awoken to realise that he needs face a new choice - not simply linkage between neutralising the threat of war with Iran and working for peace with the Palestinians, but between neutralising the threat of war with Iran and an imposed peace.
That would seem to leave Netanyahu with only one way of pre-empting the U.S. plan that is now taking shape - the imposition of a settlement with the Palestinians, on U.S. terms. He takes the initiative.
* The fourth scenario therefore involves Netanyahu turning “the Grand Bargain” on its head: he formally pledges Israel’s readiness for a fair peace with the Palestinians but only provided he gets, upfront, iron-clad guarantees, not only from the U.S., but from Europe and from the Arab world, that Israel need have no fear - present or future - from any Iranian nuclear weapon.
It is almost 43 years since the 1967 Arab-Israeli war is said to have changed “forever” the face of the Middle East.
It is a moment when “forever” post-1967 is coming to an end; the Middle East is fast approaching its most important crossroads since June 1967

Cow Farts are good not bad

According to Mitloehner, the claim is inaccurate because the numbers for livestock were calculated differently from the costs of transportation figures that were factored in to the green house gas projections.

In the report, the livestock emissions included gases produced by growing animal feed; animals' digestive emissions; and processing meat and milk into foods. But the transportation analysis factored in only emissions from fossil fuels burned while driving, and not all other transport-lifecycle related factors.
