A new military order aimed at preventing infiltration will come into force this week, enabling the deportation of tens of thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank, or their indictment on charges carrying prison terms of up to seven years.
When the order comes into effect, tens of thousands of Palestinians will automatically become criminal offenders liable to be severely punished.
Given the security authorities' actions over the past decade, the first Palestinians likely to be targeted under the new rules will be those whose ID cards bear home addresses in the Gaza Strip - people born in Gaza and their West Bank-born children - or those born in the West Bank or abroad who for various reasons lost their residency status. Also likely to be targeted are foreign-born spouses of Palestinians.

a hostile party has shown itself for decades to be as such. Israel tried to make peace. Palestine didn’t want any offer… of even Jerusalem on the table being offered and now if they do not want to meet at the peace table do you expect Israel to just pretend that criminals will not be treated as such? my only hope is that Israel will start killing terrorists and not leave them as bounty for exchange for hostages. Deportation is fine for petty offenses regarding the abuse of residency, but it is time to kill the leaders of violence. Remember that the manifestos of Fatah and Hamas both ask to kill Jews behind Gharquat trees… as mentioned in Islamic doctrines. How can peace be achieved with a people who are sworn to go Jew hunting behind trees? deport them before they kill Jews.

SAN FRANCISCO — A coalition of Arab-American cultural organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area have launched a grassroots organizing campaign designed to send a clear message to Washington: that they, along with every other Arab in America, are in fact Arab, and not white.
At issue is the format of the 2010 Census form, which has boxes for more than a dozen different racial categories but no racial or ethnic category for people of Arab descent.
In response, community activists have launched a grassroots canvassing campaign to encourage Arabs living throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to complete the 2010 Census by checking the “other” box in Section 9 and write in “Arab.”
The drive was launched at an organizing meeting last Sunday that brought together representatives and volunteers from local Arab social service and cultural organizations.
Loubna Qutami, a coordinator with the Arab Cultural and Community Center (ACCC), one of the organizations behind the campaign, said for far too long, Arabs have been classified as “other,” “Caucasian,” or “white.”

“We don’t want to be subsumed under the category of white,” Qutami said. Arabs “don’t identify as white, and don’t identify as black either,” she added. “We’re still so misunderstood.”

I understand their motivation is to get Federal Funds to Muslim programs, but this is one issue where they are right. We could motivate Jewish communities to do the same, but our community has been co-opted by Holocaust era people who think that everything that came out of Hitler's mouth was garbage. Jews are genetically alike, but that isn't bad. Like usual Jewish people accept the terms of abuse. Race is an artificial term. I once took a 'C' in Jewish History at Carnegie Mellon University for refusing to acknowledge that there was no Jewish race ...but Jewish people are more likely to share genetic similarities then any people of a specific color. We wouldn't be so worried about the Arabs receiving Federal Funds if George W. Bush had not blurred the line between church and state. It remains questionable if we can consider hate speech a religion in the first place, but many of the well intending loons will say that Jew Hunting behind Gharkad trees is in fact an ancient faith. Since we know how this is going to break down we should remind ourselves that such things as Race and Religion are less about concrete concepts and a lot more fluid. when you agree to terms they must reflect the reality of the situation and not any narrow argument of logic. Arabs are indeed a group that needs to be accounted for.

Zbigniew Brzezinski Helped Create The Taliban, Now He Wants to Do It Again

Zbigniew Brzezinski, former National Security Adviser for Jimmy Carter, is one of the key advocates urging President Obama to impose a solution in the Israeli conflict with the Palestinian Arabs. Brzezinski's advice should be looked at with great skepticism as he is the man who created the policies that brought us the War on Terror by  luring the Soviet Union to invade Afghanistan and creating both the Taliban and al Qaeda.
US aid to the mujahideen Islamic insurgency started, six months before the Soviets invaded Afghanistan with the intention of making it more likely for the USSR to attack Afghanistan to support its puppet government. Brzezinski admitted as much in a 1998 interview:

According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the Mujahadeen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan, 24 Dec 1979. But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise. That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Soviets into the Afghan trap.... The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter "We now have the opportunity of giving to the Soviet Union its Vietnam War."

Brzezinski got his wish, and once the Soviets invaded he sprung into action.

 We immediately launched a twofold process when we heard that the Soviets had entered Afghanistan. The first involved direct reactions and sanctions focused on the Soviet Union, and both the State Department and the National Security Council prepared long lists of sanctions to be adopted, of steps to be taken to increase the international costs to the Soviet Union of their actions. And the second course of action led to my going to Pakistan a month or so after the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, for the purpose of coordinating with the Pakistanis a joint response, the purpose of which would be to make the Soviets bleed for as much and as long as is possible; and we engaged in that effort in a collaborative sense with the Saudis, the Egyptians, the British, the Chinese, and we started providing weapons to the Mujaheddin, from various sources again - for example, some Soviet arms from the Egyptians and the Chinese. We even got Soviet arms from the Czechoslovak communist government, since it was obviously susceptible to material incentives; and at some point we started buying arms for the Mujaheddin from the Soviet army in Afghanistan, because that army was increasingly corrupt.

Unfortunately the unexpected result of his policy was the creation of the Taliban its alliance with al Qaeda.

Dangerous Israeli minds

NRG/Maariv reports today that workers at the Dimona reactor who submitted VISA requests to visit the United States for ongoing University education in Physics, Chemistry and Nuclear Engineering -- have all been rejected, specifically because of their association with the Dimona reactor.

This is a new policy decision of the Obama administration, since there never used to be an issue with the reactor's workers from study in the USA, and till recently, they received VISAs and studied in the USA.

Israeli Defense Officials have stated that these reactor researches have no criminal background in Israel or in the USA, and yet they are being singled out purely because of their place of employment at the reactor.

Professor Zeev Alfasi, the head of Nuclear Engineering at Ben-Gurion University in the Negev stated that "the United States doesn't sell anything nuclear-related to the Dimona reactor, and that means absolutely nothing. Radiation detectors, for example have to be purchased now in France because the USA refuses to sell these to Israel."

The new provision also allow the IDF commander in the area to require that the infiltrator pay for the cost of his own detention, custody and expulsion, up to a total of NIS 7,500.

not true. Bibi was treated rudely by Obama and saw no benefit to being around a person who is obviously hostile. It is our enemies who assume the argument because they know they are hostile. Israel has never agreed at any time to not hold nuclear weapons and had an exclusive agreement with the United States for half a century to never talk about it. This agreement was breached by Obama himself who broke the United States promise to Israel... and now Obama assumes the argument that Israel should give up it's Nukes. I would like to see Obama try that trick with Pakistan or Russia.
